--------------------------> Admin Command List:This is the list of commands you can type into the console when logged in as an Admin.
kick ac getplayers
Lists the id, name, score and ip address of each player currently on the server.
kick ac balanceteams
Attempts to balance the teams.
kick ac lockteams
Locks/Unlocks the teams so that only Admins can change a player's team.
kick ac getbans
Lists the last 35 ip ban rules.
kick ac gettempbans
Lists the last 35 temporary ip ban rules.
kick ac addban ip/range [time]
Adds an ip/range to the ban list. See below for more information on the optional time parameter.
kick ac removeban ip/range
Removes an ip/range from the ban list.
kick ac help
Lists all the ac commands.

Lists some information about the mod.
kick ac sc servercommand
Sends a command to the dedicated server console.
kick ac motd msg
Replace msg with your message - sets the message of the day, enter no msg to remove the motd.

Restarts the server with the secondary maplist.

Makes the specified player the VIP.

Note:
id is an id taken from kick ac getplayers - these are not the same as the 'showids' ids
ip/range is an ip address or ip range
msg is a message of your choosing
oldclass is the classname of the equipment you want to replace
newclass is the classname of the equipment replacing the old equipment
name is a player name
newname is the new name of your choosing
servercommand is a dedicated server console command (for example set AMMod.AMGameMod AllowSpectators False)
time (when included) makes the IP ban temporary. It has the format: years:months:days:hours:minutes. Parts of this can be omitted, for example kick ac addban 1.2.3.4 3:0:17 would make the ban last for 3 days, 0 hours and 17 minutes, kick ac kickban Player 5:6:0:0:1 would make the ban last for 5 years, 6 months, 0 days, 0 hours and 1 minute.
The secondary maplist is primarily for use when running smash and grab old maps. It can also be used to save a favourite maplist in case it is changed.

kick cc join
Puts you back into the game.
kick cc spec
Puts you into free spectator mode.
kick cc view
Lets you view through the eyes of players on your team.
kick cc menu
Opens the Client-Side menu (You must have the client-side mod [see above section] for this).
kick cc help
Lists all the client commands.
--------------------------> SWAT4 COmmands :abortgame - Ends the current round.
flush - Flush all caches. Regenerates all lighting, 3D hardware textures, etc. Can be useful to reduce lag or to clear texture corruption due to 3D hardware driver bugs.
handsdown - Hides your weapon and hand from the 1st person view.
get <classname> <variable> - Gets the default value for a variable in a class. eg get swatgame.serversettings maxplayers
kick <playername> - Kick a player.
kickban <playername> - Kick a player and ban his/her IP. You'll need to edit your Swat4(X)(Dedicated).ini file to unban their IP.
name <string> - To change you nick in-game
open <mapname> - Opens a local map. Can be useful to open custom maps in Single Player. eg open sp-u273
reconnect - Reconnect to the current/previous server.
sad <password> - Login as admin with specified password.
say <message string> - Broadcast a message to other players in the game.
set <class> <variable> <value> - Sets the specified property of the specified class with the specified value. eg set swatgame.serversettings maxplayers 5
set input <key> <command> - Set up keybinds in-game. It automatically writes to the User.ini file. eg set input u say hello
setres WxHxD - Set the resolution and color depth. eg setres 1024x768x32
shot - Take a screenshot and save it in the System directory with a consecutive name like Shot0001.bmp.
startgame - Makes all players ready.
stat all - Shows all stats.
stat fps - Shows frame time in milliseconds.
stat game - Shows game stats.
stat hardware - Shows interesting hardware stats.
stat render - Shows stats about rendering. Note especially the Staticmesh/Triangles count.
stat net - Shows network performance statistics including ping, packet loss, bytes/second.
stat none - Turns off the display of any stats.
teamsay <message string> - Broadcast a message to your teammates.
quit/exit - Exit the game.
so for change you name you can put "name <you_nick>" in console ..
or go to settings etc ..
Sry i don't arrived to send to him an MP so i post it here ..
for take a text blind or alias (when you press for exemple the key "F4" it send to all "Hello people" ) you can modify the file "user.ini" located in : C:\Program Files\Sierra\SWAT 4\Content\System in this file you find you key for my exemple it's "F4" so find "F4" line in my file i find this : "F4=CommandOrEquip Row_FunctionKeys 4" and you need to add :
" | TeamSay Hello people" ---> for say to the team "hello people"
or
" | Say Hello people" ---> for say to all "hello people"
so for my i obtain this :
"F4=CommandOrEquip Row_FunctionKeys 4 | Say Hello people"
Afther in game when you press F4 it say to all "hello people" in the chat ..
keyblind is good but when a person play with it it's borring exemple :
